My mother was treated with kindness, dignity and respect. All personnel
were professional and friendly!
The facility was spotlessly clean and odor free - making for a comfortable stay and easy on visitors.
If she needs to return, Christopher House is the only facility I
would consider.

for everything, and Joyce, I can’t thank you enough.
Dear Christopher House,
It meant a lot to us to know that you took time out of your schedule
to be concerned about our physical strength during our time of grief.
We really appreciate the beautiful fruit basket and the donation
to the Lou Gehrig’s Angel Fund.
It’s the thoughtfulness of friends such as you that help give us
emotional strength in the days ahead.
He was a special man that touched so many lives. He was so fond
of all of his friends at the Christopher House. Thank you so much!
Dear Walter,
This is my third thank you note to you in one year. Dad's last visit
was right after Thanksgiving for a few weeks as a result of a mini
stroke.
He came home looking like he had been on vacation thanks to the
following: Bonnie and Virginia in P.T., Judy and Martha the nurses
on Hillside in the morning, Danielle "The Rock" of Christopher House,
the excellent meals (he gained weight). Mrs. Foley and Joyce both
enormous help, and last but by no means least, and I believe the
most important - his wonderful aides. Rosa, Bethany, Marge and Louise.
Dad and I would like to single out Louise - always helpful, friendly
and always went the extra mile.
I am sure this will not be our last visit to Christopher House -
If he needs rehab again I hope we will be fortunate enough to come
back to your facility.
Dear Mr. Olhanian,
I would like to extend my thanks to you and all of your staff for
the care you gave to my mother. It was a very lucky day when we
arrived at Christopher House.
Everyone on Hillside, Putman, and especially XXXXX made my mother's
last days happy and comfortable. It was so easy for me to come each
day to visit. Your facility is so beautiful and well maintained.
The colorful lobby and bright corridors and rooms wee most welcoming.
The staff and patients, too, were all so friendly and caring. Everything
that could be done was done for my mom. The care and support given
me was terrific also. These last two years have been a wonderful
experience, one that I will treasure always.

during her illness.
Your kindness & thoughtfulness were truly appreciated. Knowing she
was in such a fine facility was a great comfort to us.

Just a little note to say thank you very much for all the wonderful
care I received at Christopher House. You were all very friendly,
kind, compassionate, and caring. I made many new friends while I
was there. When I start driving again, I'll come by to say hello.

We thanks all of you who cared for Ed so lovingly and generously,
and for us, is family as well. You give true meaning to the word
home. Christopher House was indeed his home and we shall never forget
your devotion to him.
To the Staff at Christopher House,
I need to mention Dad’s aides: “T”, Gadie, Beatrice, Eunice and Marjie.
These are the reasons we will be coming back again. “T” and Gadie had
Dad most of the time – I cannot say enough great things about them.
They were kind, competent, respectful and always pleasant, Dad loved
them!! I do not think it is easy to take a person from their home and
place them in rehab, but these girls made it fun for him!!
